Ald-CH2-PEG3-azide is a cleavable 3 unit PEGADC linkerused in the synthesis ofantibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . Ald-CH2-PEG3-azide is a PEG-basedPROTAClinker can be used in the synthesis ofPROTACs. Ald-CH2-PEG3-azide is aclick chemistryreagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
