Overview

Azido-PEG5-acid is a PEG-basedPROTAClinker can be used in the synthesis ofPROTACs, such as the conjugate CPT-APO (CPT:Camptothecin (HY-16560) ) . Azido-PEG5-acid is a non-cleavable 5 unit PEGADClinker used in the synthesis ofantibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . Azido-PEG5-acid is aclick chemistryreagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
