Overview

Bromo-PEG2-C2-azide is a non-cleavableADC linkerused in the synthesis ofantibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . Bromo-PEG2-C2-azide is also a PEG-basedPROTAClinker that can be used in the synthesis ofPROTACs. Bromo-PEG2-C2-azide is aclick chemistryreagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
