N, N-Bis (PEG2-N3) -N-amido-PEG2-thiol is a cleavable 4 unit PEGADC linkerused in the synthesis ofantibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . N, N-Bis (PEG2-N3) -N-amido-PEG2-thiol is aclick chemistryreagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
