Overview

Azido-PEG4-C2-acid a PEG-basedPROTAClinker can be used in the synthesis of vRucaparib-TP4. Azido-PEG4-C2-acid is also a non-cleavable 4 unit PEGADClinker used in the synthesis ofantibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . Azido-PEG4-C2-acid is aclick chemistryreagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
